                We have programs for everyone: children, teens and adults. Our school is very
                family oriented and we believe a family that trains together stays together!





Traditional Tang Soo Do

                                        Ages 5 and up, teaches how to defend oneself while
                                        learning the life skills to be successful in life through
                                        the lessons of a traditional martial art. Focuses on
                                        Discipline, Respect, Confidence, Fitness, Focus,
                                        Stranger Awareness, and how to deal with Bullies.






Little Ninjas

                                        Ages 4 and 5, its like a preschool program for martial
                                        arts that focuses on the skills balance, focus, control,
                                        teamwork, physical fitness, discipline, coordination,
                                        and memory!






Cardio Kickboxing

                                        Ages 13 and up, high energy cardiovascular workout
                                        plus the benefits of practicing self defense moves!

Judo

                                        Ages 10 and up, focuses on the many takedowns,
                                        throws, and extensive ground skills that judo is
                                        known for!
